Munie Remarketing has been specifically designed to make de-fleet and asset disposal processes as convenient and straight forward as possible. We have a comprehensive range of services that enable us to provide a solution for any asset disposal requirement, from continuous or one-day online auctions to on-site auctions and classified adverts.

Using our large database of registered members who are all looking for used equipment, over 12,000 worldwide contacts across a range of industries, trade press advertising, trade shows and sales visits we can provide extensive exposure for vehicles and equipment.

Munie will handle all payments for remarketed vehicles to ensure swift and smooth transactions. On sale of a vehicle Munie will take a percentage commission as payment for our services.

Vehicle Collection & Delivery:


The first stage in our remarketing service is to get your vehicles and equipment to our site. If you are unable to get them to us we can arrange to have them collected for you. We can offer competitive rates so please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Storage:


When your vehicles come off contract naturally you will want them off your premises as soon as possible. During the remarketing process we can store up to 200 vehicles on our fully insured and CCTV monitored site near Birmingham. Storage costs are charged weekly up to the first 4 weeks then monthly thereafter.

Inspection Reports:


On arrival on our premises every piece of equipment will be inspected by one of our fully trained engineers. In busy periods we also use the Freight Transport Association to conduct independent inspections on our behalf. The inspection report will then be made available to any potential buyers so they can get an accurate picture of the condition of the item.

Valuations:

Using our 25 years experience in this sector we can offer advice and guidance on realistic equipment values and expected returns. We can also advise on current market trends putting you in a better position to determine the best way to handle your de-fleet process.

Vehicle Preparation:


We have a number of options available for vehicle preparation designed to present your asset in the best way possible. Either choose the full prep package or choose from a range of different options:
    • Valeting. Our full valets include a seat shampoo and comprehensive cab clean
    • Steam cleaning. We can also offer a full vehicle steam clean including engine
    • Cosmetic repair. Minor repairs can be completed to ensure vehicles are well presented

Valeting

A dirty, tired looking cab can give the impression a vehicle has not been looked after. With a full valet from our preparation team we can help to present your asset in the best possible light. Steam Cleaning

Buyers are more likely to be interested in a clean tidy vehicle rather than a one covered in oil and grease, fact! While we can’t promise to make your vehicle look brand new our preparation team can certainly make it look clean and tidy, from cab and body to the engine. Cosmetic Repairs

First impressions last, that’s why simple things like a cracked headlight, dents or patches of rust can be off-putting for buyers. Full Refurbishment:


New life can be breathed into tired vehicles with a part or full refurbishment courtesy of our sister company Cooper Commercial. We have a full commercial vehicle paint shop with capacity for almost any vehicle up to 40ft long.

On-site we have access to full workshop facilities and can offer a range of different servicing options.
